I was planning a backyard Vow Renewal/party, and the thought of a taco truck sounded appealing because really…tacos! I booked with Taco Block because of the friendliness on the phone (you really don’t find that much anymore) and because of the great reviews. Here’s a tip, the reviews don’t begin to cover how fantastic this company is. My guests were wild about the food and the gracious and friendly service provided by Adrian and his staff won praises from everyone there. They do not waste any food – all the “left-over” food goes back to you in the form of to-go boxes; and the best surprise in the world, they clean up after dinner (and churros)! If you’re planning a large party you cannot go wrong with Taco Block. I simply love this company.

Taco block catered our daughters baby shower and I cannot say enough good things about the food as well as Adrian and his staff! The food was delicious, we had a good variety to choose from and the service was quick so our guest were not waiting long for food. Most of all Adrian and his staff could not have been more professional and gracious! I would not hesitate to hire them again – love Taco Block!!!!

Taco Block catered our wedding food truck style and I don’t have enough good things to say! They were flexible and eager to please and help out any way they could. The food was a huge hit with our guests. Everyone loved it and everything came out quick and in an organized manner. It was a part of my wedding that I will never forget. Such a fun and different way to feed a wedding crowd.. one of the best decisions we made!

We delighted in the experience of Taco Block catering our wedding! Adrian and Brenda and their whole team were truly warm, extraordinarily communicative and organized, and guests raved about their tacos, chips, and salsa. We feel so lucky to have worked with them, every step of the way. Brenda and Adrian created a special (& covid-mindful) tasting, where there was no doubt in our minds they were our choice. Thankfully they had our date available! Invoicing was simple, communication quick and open, the choices of catering lovely. TacoBlock catered our wedding party in Dillon on September 18, 2021, and did a fantastic job. Our guests were very pleased with the chicken and carne asada (steak) options. Plenty of veggies for our vegetarian guests. Also made good margaritas. The owners Adrian and Brenda were friendly and professional during the process and quick to accommodate our requests. They were also flexible and easy to work with. Again, great food and great people.

The entire Taco-Block team is awesome! They catered my daughter’s graduation party and everyone loved the food & efficient service. This was the second time we have used them and will keep coming back as well as recommending Taco Block to friends and family. Thank You!!
